What is “topping”?
Similarly to how Japan judge it, “topping” is the act of getting 4th place or higher at a big event or 1st place at a small event. Big events are tournaments where there are 30 or more players (6+ rounds of Swiss) while small events are tournaments where there are less than 30 players. Local tournaments are not included due to the non-competitive nature of those tournaments.
Singapore 4th Place was Murakumo, Freedomduo posted the entire top 4. Shadow Paladin is the 3rd Place in the Germany, Differentfight posted his decklist. Pale Moon was 2nd place in Manila. I live in PH, so I’m really the witness, I don’t have link to redirect you to though.
3rd in manila is Narukami and 4th is Gold paladin
What was the kagero lists for Atlanta black b or have they not posted them yet?
New Zealand winner wasn’t Mura. 1st and 2nd was Pale Moon, 3rd Mura is right and 4th AqF. Play2Learn FB page, the venue that hosted the BCS Cebu, posted the top 4. 1st and 4th was Mura, 2nd SP and 4th AqF.
Updated. Thanks for the info.
3rd place for atlanta b block was narukami apparently
